Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance 

  • Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements for the Group.

  • Ensure compliance with VAS, IFRS conversion, tax regulations and financial laws

  • Work with auditors, tax authorities and external stakeholders.

2. Management Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Lead management reporting including P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital analysis

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support CFO and BOD decision-making.

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Group.

  • Monitor financial performance, variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

  • Support long-term financial planning and 5-year projections

4. Internal Control & Cost Management

  • Implement and monitor effective internal control systems and financial policies

  • Work with COO and Business Units to manage and optimize costs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

5. Cash Flow & Capital Management

  • Manage cash flow, working capital and funding strategies

  • Monitor financial performance and identify financial risks and opportunities

  • Provide capital investment analysis and financial recommendations to CFO

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to achieve departmental KPIs

  • Strengthen finance systems, reporting processes and analytics capabilities

Other duties as assigned by the CFO or BOD.

Job Requirement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, tax, and internal control.

  • Experience working with auditors and tax authorities.

  • Knowledge of IFRS conversion is an advantage.

  • Good English communication and reporting skills.

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Excellent cash flow and cost management capability.

  • Ability to present financial insights to CFO and BOD.

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
