FINANCE SPECIALIST

I. Key Responsibilities

1. Calculate and track Return on Investment (ROI) to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and variance analysis.
3. Develop, monitor, and control budgets; track actual vs. budget and explain variances.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow and funding reports.
5. Support month-end closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.
6. Coordinate and support internal/external audits and taxation-related matters.
7. Analyze financial data to identify risks and propose improvement actions.
8. Support in improving financial processes, reporting systems, and data accuracy.
9. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

I.  Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

II.  Experience:

•  At least 2 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or related roles.

III. Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

IV. Skills:

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork, responsibility, and proactive (can-do attitude).
• Knowledge of BI tools or professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.

Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
