Finance Team Lead

1. Financial Planning & Business Analysis

• Analyze revenue, cost, profitability, and business performance against budget, historical trends, and market conditions.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Establish and monitor commercial KPIs, providing performance insights and recommendations to achieve business objectives.
• Support the evaluation of promotional programs and special campaigns, assessing financial impact and effectiveness.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Coordinate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor budget execution, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support rolling forecasts and financial planning activities to ensure business agility and accuracy.

3. Pricing, Cost & Profitability Management

• Partner with Commercial and related functions to develop pricing strategies, discount frameworks, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Analyze product margins, cost structures, trade marketing investments, and promotional spending effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations to optimize profitability and resource allocation.

4. Compliance & Internal Control

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal procedures, and applicable tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement of internal control processes.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities when required.

5. Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to evaluate the financial feasibility of business projects.
• Provide financial support for new product launches, pricing decisions, and investment proposals.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to support data-driven business decisions and performance improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- ACCA/CPA/CMA or other financial certifications is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or financial roles.

- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

- Background in FMCG, retail, or F&B is an advantage.

- Prior experience working with foreign companies is a strong advantage.

- Solid understanding of international auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.

- Hands-on experience working with international audits and compliance requirements.

- Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial reports accurately.

- Critical thinking skills to assess risk, identify trends, and provide sound financial advice.
