Job Description

FP&A Officer, reporting to Manager, FP&A. In charge of the Reporting consolidation of Fabric Mill.

1. Report Consolidation

  • Coordinate with the FP&A team of the fabric mill and take ownership of consolidating reports for the entire Fabric Division.
  • Ensure the timely preparation and submission of monthly and other relevant financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data across different business units within the Fabric Division to provide clear and accurate insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy

2. Report Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize existing reporting processes.
  • Continuously improving reporting methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop new reports based on business needs to support decision-making and future growth.

3. Ad hoc Projects

  • Create ad-hoc financial analysis for business leadership
  • Additional duties as assignment

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields. MBA/CPA/ACCA qualifications are a plus.

2. Experience: 2–3 years in financial analysis or a related field (experience in the garment or fabric industry is highly desirable).

3. Languages: English (Chinese is a plus)

4. Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.

5. Analytical & Financial Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., accrual rules and expense timing).
  • Ability to evaluate financial models and adapt them to business needs.

6. Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership in business partnering.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
