FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Strategic Management:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.

· Align investor relations with the company’s financial and business strategies.

· Advise the company’s leadership on the impact of market perceptions and investment community actions.

Communication:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, investors, and shareholders.

· Prepare and present financial trends, shareholder concerns, and other matters to the company’s leadership and board of directors.

· Manage the production of all annual reports, exchange market regulator filings, and proxy statements.

· Coordinate conference calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.

Financial Reporting:

· Oversee the quarterly earnings release process, including coordinating calls and preparing remarks for the company’s leadership.

Regulatory Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor relations activities.

· Stay abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in investor relations.

Investor Engagement:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community.

· Respond to investor and analyst inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

· Educate and inform investors, ensuring a consistent message is communicated.

Market Intelligence:

· Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.

· Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.

· Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management.

Crisis Management:

· Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of how the company is being managed and their view of its financial results.

· Assist with managing any potential crisis situations related to investor relations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or M&A.
• Proven track record in financial negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal execution.
• Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Experience working with international financial institutions and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong project management capabilities, including leading due diligence processes and financial risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
