Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to be a finance business partner, drive accounting policy compliance, automation, and reconciliation processes.

Accountabilities:

· Perform monthly tasks: accruals, prepayments, posting GL corrections, IFRS16 management, elimination... booking

· Prepare management reports upon request

· Maintain General Ledger Master Data

· Perform financial reports analysis and review to ensure data accuracy and efficiency

· Continuous improvement: define and champion standards & controls, increase finance efficiency

· Manage periodic audits (both internal & external) upon assigned

· Develop auto-based reconciliation and validation tools for financial statements

· Business partner with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders for cross-functional topics

Qualifications:

·       University graduate in Finance & Accounting

·       CPA, ACCA, CMA qualification is a plus

Experience/skills required:

·       Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or within the FMCG industry.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software applications.

·       Strong knowledge and expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards and Vietnamese Accounting Standards.

·       Proven ability in effective stakeholder management and relationship building.

·       Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

·       Superior time management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

·       Intermediate to advanced knowledge in big data processing is highly desirable.
