Financial Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle the daily accounting affairs of the company, such as expense reimbursement, document review, and bank payment coordination;

2. Prepare accounting vouchers, record account books, and reconcile accounts with customers and suppliers;

3. Issue sales invoices, be able to conduct monthly tax declaration and respond to tax inspections;

4. Complete the reporting work for Vietnamese government agencies, such as national bank reports;

5. Sort and bind accounting archives, establish an accounting archive repository, and manage the archives;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

7. Salary can be discussed and increased based on the interview results.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of financial experience, with experience in general ledger and EPE enterprise accounting;

2. Capable of handling work related to local banks, taxes and audits in Vietnam;

3. Willing to actively and proactively learn Chinese, with good character and excellent communication skills;

4. Have experience operating SAP system (Chinese proficiency is not a mandatory requirement)

Nationality: Preferably Vietnamese Language: Vietnamese.

Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
