FINISHING (OUTDOOR FURNITURE)

1. General Information

• Position: Finishing Manager

2. Job Objective

Ensure that product color and finishing effects meet customer standards, maintain consistency across production batches, and achieve required aesthetic quality and outdoor durability.

3. Key Responsibilities

3.1. Color Control & Finishing Standards

• Inspect colors based on approved samples / golden samples / color swatches
• Ensure:
  • Correct color (shade, tone)
  • Correct finishing effects (wash, brush, antique, etc.)
  • Consistency across components and finished products

3.2. In-line Inspection (During Production)

• Monitor each production stage:
• Identify defects and request timely corrective actions:

3.3. Color Formula Development & Control

• Work closely with:
  • Paint suppliers
  • Technical / R&D team

Job requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in color technology in the furniture industry.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive and willing to travel for work when required.
