Core Responsibilities

• Assist in development and preparation samples for internal and customer evaluations.
• Support team in executing daily lab tasks.
• Record lab data using Givaudan software.
• Stock and control raw materials, flavors, and lab supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies.

Academic Background

• Polytechnic or B.S. in Food Science, Food Technology
• English communication

Professional Experience &Technical Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in a Beverage, Dairy and Sweet Goods applications lab, production, or related area (preferred)
• Communicates clearly in written and verbal form.
• Demonstrates proficiency in using common PC applications.
• Basic understanding of research documentation protocol
• Basic knowledge of lab equipment and materials used to perform lab functions.
• Basic knowledge of Givaudan safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines/requirements
