Foreman – Fitting, Welding & Finishing (Đốc công lắp, hàn, và hoàn thiện)

· Receive production plan from production supervisor, follow up with the production result on fitiing, welding, finishing; ensure and follow up job schedule delivery

Nhận kế hoạch sản xuất từ giám sát sản xuất, theo dõi kết quả sản xuất trong khâu lắp, hàn, hoàn thiện; bảo đảm theo dõi kế hoạch giao hàng

· Check the number of machine and machine capacity.

Kiểm tra sản lượng hằng ngày và máy móc thiết bị trong các ca sản xuất

· Monitor the daily production output to ensure that is meets the Company’s and Customer’s standards and specification and other applicable codes

Đảm bảo thành phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu chuẩn của Công ty và khách hàng cũng như các mã ứng dụng.

· Follow up on Quality Standards: Authorized to sign NCR reports raised by QC, Co-operate with QC to check, fix mistake and make sure the products meet quality requirement, close NCR (if any)

Có trách nhiệm ký báo cáo NCR phát sinh bởi QC, phối hợp với QC để kiểm tra, sửa chữa lỗi của sản phẩm sao cho chất lượng sản phẩm đạt theo yêu cầu sản xuất, khắc phục NCR nếu có

· Supervise and ensure implementation of safety policy during working of worker

Giám sát và đảm bảo việc thực hiện theo quy định về an toàn trong sản xuất

· Keep and maintain equipments, tools which were distributed to do the job, respond for machine & report machine problems

Giữ gìn bảo quản vật tư trang thiết bị được công ty cấp phát theo yêu cầu công việc, nắm rõ về tình trạng hư hỏng của máy

· Manpower to maintain full working capacity on all machines, report all machine breakdowns

Sắp xếp nhân sự để duy trì hết công suất hoạt động của máy móc, thiết bị, báo cáo tình trạng máy hỏng.

· Propose performance appraisal and review worker to production supervisor

Đề xuất đánh giá và xét duyệt năng lực làm việc của Công nhân cho Giám sát sản xuất

· Submit recording data to production clerk of production to make sure production report will submit correctly and on time

Chuyển dữ liệu báo cáo cho thư ký sản xuất để đảm bảo báo cáo sản xuất được nộp đúng hạn và chính xác

· Maintance the ISO, 5S system as well as filling document in section

Duy trì hệ thống 5S, ISO và lưu trữ tài liệu theo bộ phận

· Making daily Production report and record material consumption

Lập báo cáo sản xuất và vật tư

· Initiate and develop new methods of improving the quality and productivity.

Phát triển các phương pháp mới trong việc cải tiến chất lượng và năng suất sản xuất

·     Intermediate or certificate of Machenical/ Welding/ Fiting/ Lifting operation/ Machine operation

Tốt nghiệp trung cấp hoặc chứng chỉ về Cơ Khí/ Hàn/ Lắp/ Vận hành thiết bị nâng/ Vận hành máy

·     3-5 years year experience working as same position/ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với vị trí tương đương

·    Can use MS. office is preferable (Ưu tiên biết sử dụng vi tính văn phòng)

·     Can speak English is preferable (Ưu tiên nói được tiếng Anh)

·     Can read shop drawing well (có khả năng đọc bản vẽ kĩ thuật)

·     Leadership skill (kỹ năng lãnh đạo)

·     Communication and negotiation skill (kỹ năng giao tiếp và thương lượng)
