FP&A SUPERVISOR (DATA MANAGEMENT)

Job Description

1. Cross-functional Data Coordination

• Collect, clean, and maintain financial and operational data from multiple systems (SAP, Excel, SQL, etc.)
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Act as the main contact point for company-wide data inquiries and clarification.

2. Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Transform and model data to create clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and support automation initiatives.

3. Business Support

• Provide data-driven insights to support business and FP&A teams.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Communicate analysis findings effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Finance, Accounting, Auditing & Related Fields

2. Professional Qualifications:

• MBA/CPA/ACCA & relating qualification (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Analysis Tools…

3. Years of Work Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience in financial analysis or relevant experience (Garment or Fabrics experience highly desirable)

4. Technical Skills

• l Strong proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• l Experience with Power BI is a plus.
