Full-Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement marketing-focused website interfaces based on Figma designs, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and strong user experience.

• Build and customize WordPress themes (or child themes) according to project requirements.

• Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals), including image optimization, CSS/JS optimization, caching, and structural improvements.

• Develop landing pages, forms, popups, and interactive UI components.

• Work with Elementor/WPBakery or custom-coded templates to support marketing goals.

• Use WordPress Hooks (Actions/Filters), WP Loop, and Template Hierarchy for frontend logic.

• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.

• Collaborate with Designers, SEO Specialists, Content Teams, and PMs for on-time and high-quality delivery.

• Frontend Development: Architect and maintain responsive UIs using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. Implement advanced rendering strategies like Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).

• Backend Development: Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express, Fastify, or NestJS).

• Database Management: Structure and query data effectively using SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, often utilizing ORMs like Prisma or Drizzle.

• State Management: Handle complex application states using tools like React Context, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize Core Web Vitals, implement efficient caching strategies, and ensure low latency for API responses.

• Authentication & Security: Implement secure user authentication and authorization using NextAuth.js, JWT, or OAuth.

Requirement:

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Web Development.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Solid experience in WordPress Theme Development.

• Understanding of Template Hierarchy, WP Loop, and Action/Filter Hooks.

• Proficiency in Elementor and/or WPBakery.

• Pixel-perfect implementation based on Figma.

• Experience with website speed optimization and SEO technical practices.

• Proficiency with Git version control workflows.

Tools

• Figma: ability to interpret and implement UI accurately.
• Git: branching, pull requests, code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ACF, Custom Post Types, and custom field structures.
• Familiarity with GSAP, AOS, or Lottie animations.
• Basic PHP knowledge for customizing templates and themes.
• Experience with Webpack, Vite, or NPM build pipelines.
• Good UI/UX intuition and ability to propose improvements.
