Fullstack Developer (Java)

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable web applications and backend services, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/NestJS.
• Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, queries, and application performance.
• Develop and enhance frontend features using ReactJS/NextJS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to system design, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and continuous improvement of code quality.
• Explore and apply new technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software/Fullstack Development, with hands-on experience across both Backend and Frontend development.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/NestJS, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with ReactJS/NextJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Good problem-solving skills with an understanding of clean code, performance, and scalable application development.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Microservices, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch/ELK, gRPC, Cloud platforms, or AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus.
