Job Description

  • Provide good relationship management with the clients/buyers, well-prepared client trip by cooperation with admin/ support team;
  • Understand the needs of internal team, then source and propose the right suppliers/factory; Maintain and develop existing vendor/factory network;
  • Working with suppliers/factory to develop new products based on the market's trends/buyer’s needs;
  • Follow the development product phase with internal team until PO’s kick-off;
  • In collaboration with supply chain/logistics teams to follow-up the supplier’s performance to ensure delivery on-time & good quality;
  • Support supply chain & sales team for any issue during the product life cycle before and after sales;
  • Other tasks assigned by MD.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field;
  • Have at least 2-3 years working in the positions of global sourcing / merchandising, global supply chains >> Experience in Furniture Trading.
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word);
  • Have Aesthetic sense or/and design thinking to make attractive presentation is a plus;
  • Good communication & negotiation. Ability to coordinate & collaborate with different internal/external team;
  • Have planning skills, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to research, analyze data and report;
  • Ability to work under pressure, and be quick learner in fast-paced environment.
