Job Description

Responsible for preparing artwork, setting up printing processes, and executing printing on garments to meet customer technical requirements and quality standards.
Support Product Development (PD) and Production to ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective printing operations.

2–3+ years of experience in garment printing (heat transfer/digital/screen printing).
Diploma or Bachelor in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion, or related fields.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Knowledge of fabric characteristics (stretch, heat sensitivity, ink absorption).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and quality control mindset.
Ability to work with PD, QA, and Production teams.
Basic English for reading technical specs (advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple print jobs.
