Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Garment Technical Leader (Knit, $2000, ID14822)
Develop sewing methods for new patterns to create patterns that meet customer quality requirements and maximize production efficiency and material usage.
Work closely with relevant departments to create appropriate sewing techniques for each product type, ensure the sewing methods can be implemented consistently and efficiently in bulk production.
Develop new samples of new styles in Customers’ requirements in the most cost-effective way.
Provide technical advice, suggestions and support in carrying out sample production.
Provide advice to the Garment Operations production team to resolve technical issues that arise during production.
Improve sewing techniques to reduce defective products while maintaining the quality of samples and bulk garments.
Coordinate with the IE department to regularly update improvement methods to limit risks and be suitable for new products.
Evaluate performance, regularly reviewing pre-production and volume production processes to improve future sample/volume production.

Job Requirement
Male/Female. Ages: 30-40 years old
Bachelor's degree, major in Garment or related field
Having from 4-5 years of working experience in garment technical field at garment manufacturing company.
