Job Description

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting also ensure to implement the tax regulations completely as well as internal company policies
Control General Ledger expenses (GL Account, including but not limited to accruals, prepaid expenses, cost of goods sold, utilities, rental fee, IT, FA…), check variance & resolve all arising issues
Review tax reports monthly, quarterly & yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...)
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Be a tax partner with Senior accountant Manager, to detect the tax risk and fix any wrong in company’s activity to meet the tax’s requirement.
Able to work with internal audit, external audit, tax officer, custom officer when necessary

Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system.
Experience in an e-commerce, retail, or technology environment is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
