Job Description

Record and verify all accounting transactions in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies.
Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, accruals, advances regularly.
Maintain and control fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
Review general ledger entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT,PIT etc.) accurately and on time as per Vietnamese tax laws.
Keep up to date with changes in tax regulations.
Work with tax authorities during tax audits, inspections, and provide required documentation to authorities.
Work with audits by providing necessary information and explanations.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, internal control procedures, and statutory requirements.
Strengthen internal control systems to prevent accounting errors and financial risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting. Experience in the manufacturing field is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese tax law, VAS and basic understanding of IFRS is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
