General Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle accounting jobs in accordance with accounting principles and applicable accounting standards.

Establish and standardize accounting procedures for the manufacturing company and the accounting department.

Supervise and process accounting transactions arising at the manufacturing plant, with a strong focus on costing.

Prepare management reports, financial statements, regulatory reports, and provide detailed explanations for all.

Prepare budget estimates, monitor actual performance, and control the company's budget.

Prepare and explain tax reports (VAT, FCT, CIT) in full compliance with current regulations

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practical application.
• Expertise in manufacturing plant accounting (costing, standards, cost allocation).
• Deep understanding of manufacturing plant operations.
• Proficient in accounting Excel, manufacturing ERP systems, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Good command of English (reading, writing reports, and work communication).
• Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Operational analytics skills.
• Strong cost understanding and cost allocation skills.
• Cross-functional project management experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with KPI and reporting systems.
• Execution tracking and governance mindset.
