Job purpose:
Responsible for managing branch administrative operations, including inventory accounting, cash administration, asset management, and internal and external coordination. Ensure all activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inventory accounting records and monitor inventory movements to ensure accurate inventory control, including identifying, investigating, and reporting inventory discrepancies such as shortages, damages, and losses.
- Administer branch petty cash and related financial documents, ensuring all disbursements, reimbursements, and purchasing transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain personnel administration activities, ensuring employee records, documentation, and internal communications are managed in accordance with corporate policies and Human Capital guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, business partners, retailers, and other stakeholders to support customer relationship management, sourcing activities, operational communications, and related reporting requirements.
- Maintain and verify company assets, ensuring accurate asset registration, proper asset tagging, regular asset audits, and appropriate control of office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate internal communications and ensure employees receive timely, accurate, and consistent information regarding company policies, procedures, and organizational updates.
- Coordinate general administrative activities and maintain essential branch documentation, business licenses, permits, and regulatory records, ensuring validity, completeness, and timely renewal in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Field of study: Accountant or related.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative work.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Accounting, Taxation & Inventory Control: Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation requirements, financial documentation, and inventory management processes.
- Systems & Digital Proficiency: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications related to accounting, administration, and reporting.
- Human Resources Administration & Compliance: Understanding of HR administration, labor legislation, company policies, and occupational health and safety requirements.
