General Affairs (Asst. Manager or Supervisor)

Job Description

• Manage General Affairs, vendors, security, fire prevention, cleaning, waste management, and maintenance activities at the factory.
• Ensure services operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Monitor operating costs and identify solutions to reduce costs and minimize outsourcing.
• Manage the GA team, assign tasks, provide training, and develop employees’ skills.
• Monitor and resolve issues and prepare regular reports for management/Board of Directors.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance work efficiency.

Requirements

• College/University degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs/Administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
• Good team management, problem-solving, and work-control skills.
• Proactive, responsible, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
