General Manager (GM)

We are seeking a highly capable General Manager to lead the launch and expansion of an international steakhouse franchise in Vietnam.

• Lead the full setup and operational launch of the restaurant in line with franchise standards
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines from the international partner
• Build and develop a high-performing team (recruitment, training, and leadership)
• Oversee P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Collaborate closely with the franchisor to maintain product and service excellence
• Drive business growth and execute expansion strategies in Vietnam
• Report directly to senior leadership

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM / Operations Manager in F&B
• Strong background in chain restaurants, western dining, or steakhouse concepts
• Proven experience in restaurant setup or pre-opening projects
• Solid understanding of franchise operations and international standards
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Fluent in English (required for working with international partners)
