GENERAL MANAGER - LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE

- Manage operation as well as warehouse, export & import & domestic transportation, and other logistics processes.

- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost and ensure commitments for quality, customer satisfaction and delivery time are met. 

- Create and manage budgets, comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

- Keep track day to day of warehouse allocation, stock level, delivery time, transportation cost.

- Direct the movement, storage or processing of inventory to ensure a effective flow of activity.

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

- Perform and maintain metrics reporting and data analysis task to identity issues and opportunities for process improvements, maintain the most efficient operation with the lowest cost.

- Liaise and negotiate with related parties such as customs, ports, shipment lines, FWDS, transportation suppliers, warehouse handling suppliers to get the best offers and the best service.

- Coordinate with related departments ( internal) to ensure smooth operation.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors. 

- University graduate or higher.

- At least 5 year experience in warehouse management. Logistics knowledge is a plus. 

- Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Vietnamese is required.

- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and practices.

- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

- Practice, have experience with warehouse management software and databases.

- Ability to work with other Departments, understand their processes and their constraints.

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.

- Knowledge about Logistics and Supply chain.

- Knowledge and implement delivery contact, rental warehouse contact, loading/unloading contract.
