KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, achieve KPI, adherence to regulatory requirements, and high-quality service delivery.

· Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

· Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

· Financial Performance: Manage the budget, financial planning, and resource allocation. Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability.

· Marketing and Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners to enhance service offerings and establish partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the migration, education, or related sectors.

· Must be fluent in English language – spoken and written.

· Strong understanding of immigration policies and educational systems.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
