Giám Đốc Nhà Máy/ Factory Director

• Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất, vận hành của nhà máy.
• Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch, chiến lược sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và hiệu quả.
• Quản lý nhân sự, máy móc, nguyên vật liệu và chi phí sản xuất.
• Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực sản xuất đồ chơi.
• Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến quy trình, nâng cao năng suất và tối ưu chi phí.
• Báo cáo tình hình hoạt động và kết quả sản xuất cho Ban lãnh đạo.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee all production and factory operations.
• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage employees, machinery, materials, and production costs.
• Monitor product quality, particularly in toy manufacturing.
• Propose solutions to improve production processes, increase productivity, and optimize costs.
• Monitor factory performance and report results to the Management Board.

• Có 3 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý nhà máy/sản xuất tương đương.
• Ưu tiên có kiến thức chuyên sâu về sản xuất đồ chơi và tư duy chiến lược.
• Thành thạo tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh (4 kỹ năng).
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính.
• Có kỹ năng quản lý, tổ chức công việc và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in factory management, production management, or a similar position.
• Social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• Proficient in Chinese or English (4 skills).
• Proficient in using computers.
• Good management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
