Position Summary
Overall responsible for the quality management of the quality department, and responsible for quality statistics as well as quality analysis;
Overall responsible for the company's safety, 5S, environment, occupational disease management and other related work;
Quality management:
Enact the yearly department action plan and target, then resolve the targets, meanwhile audit and guide the team member’s target
Take responsibility for underlings’ work targets, and training, KPI evaluate and encourage, personal development, etc. human resource management works. (include make the quality system training for all of managers)
Training:
Monitor inspectors and regulate discipline techniques
Train all inspectors about their tasks
Check that all traceability steps are properly done by inspectors
Check that all traceability records are properly kept
Lead SCRAs and Improvement Teams
Operation of the system
Compile the documents of quality management (inspection specification, inspection flowchart, control plan, management regulation, etc.), compile the quality system documents and revise, prepare all of documents for new certification and renewal of certificate projects
Estimate the solved technology or control plan regular
Conclusion the production quality problems and push the relevant department to solve timely
Establish, implement and maintain quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
Report from time to time to top management on the performance of the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems and any needs for improvement
Responsible for external liaison and internal coordination of matters related to quality, environment and occupational health and safety systems
Responsible for the audit of comprehensive manuals and procedure documents
Organize internal audits of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems, and keep records of internal audits
Implement the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety policy and target indicators, assist the general manager to promote the policy and target indicators, so that personnel at all levels understand and implement
Factory production control
Monitoring of Inspection operations made by inspectors
Monitoring of laboratory tests made by inspectors
Supervise File and physical distribution of all types of official documentation (drawings, SOP, quality manual, quality procedures, etc.) through the software internet database.
Make sure all people involved is clear about the HRP (quality people, manufacturing people, assembling people…)
Monitoring of calibration expiring date through excel file for every kind of equipment and measuring instrument, organize the calibration.
Calibration of inspection and testing equipment: search of calibration laboratory, send equipment to be calibrated, filing of certificates, updating of excel file, etc.

First article inspection and report
Monitoring of supplier quality for future deliveries
Deal non conformities with manufacturing, assembly or suppliers

Handling customer complaint:
Receive and analyze customer complaints
Answer customers for their complaints, and enact the remedial action
Perform laboratory tests (tension testing machine, plate thickness testing machine, roughness testing machine, hardness testing machine, gleitmo testing machine, salt spray testing machine, concrete testing machine). Even if the assistant make the test he must supervise and do test from time to time in order not to loose the skills
Make SOP for new equipment
Implement and execute the training inspectors: train all inspectors about laboratory test
Safety, systems, environmental management
Work Safety Accountability and Management System
Responsible for regular 6S inspection in workshop, make records and supervise whether the rectification result is effective
Responsible for the implementation of EHS management system, according to the company's EHS management system assessment objectives, the EHS management of each workshop and each department to assess the completion of the objectives of the work.
Participate in the investigation and handling of equipment accidents, production accidents, fire accidents, explosions, casualties and environmental pollution accidents, and organize the workshop or department heads concerned to formulate effective corrective measures
1. Skilled in computer operation, mastering the use of Office and other office software;
