Job Description

Understand customer requirements (CSR). Response all customer audit (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, etc.), and analyze and make customer complaint reports.
Control the implementation of requirements for automotive products, including annual reliability test plans, reports, and periodic audit activities such as product audits and process audits.
Control inspection and testing activities according to quality processes and plans, and conduct periodic skill assessments for the responsible departments.
Conduct internal audits and evaluate monthly quality performance results.
Monitor, promote, and implement OQC activities according to plans, production conditions, and related factory activities under your management.
Monitor inspection schedules according to shipping plans and motivate employees to implement 5S activities.
Set quality targets for the factory under your management and monitor their implementation, and Cost Minimization (CM) and COPQ targets.
Manage all measuring equipment, including periodic calibration control, tools and materials in the responsible department.
Instruct and train employees.
Prepare monthly quality reports.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fiels (major in Electrical – Electronics is a plus)
At least 2 years management experiences.
Be trained about Quality management standards (ISO 9001 - IATF 16949 – 5 Core Tools - 5 Why - 8D Report.)
Ability to communicate and make report in English
