SUMMARY

  • Job Title: Graphic Designer – AI-Native Creative
  • Work Experience: more than 2 years of hands-on design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City/Remote
  • Academic Qualification: Graduate of any Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Advertising / Media or equivalent

ROLE

As a creative designer, you will be responsible for crafting scroll-stopping visuals for campaigns, social media, in-app experiences, web content, and brand assets. You'll leverage AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and DALL·E to boost creativity, enhance productivity, and scale content creation. Collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and medical content teams, you will translate ideas into compelling visuals that simplify complex concepts and deeply connect with the medical community. Your role also involves keeping the brand fresh, relevant, and modern across all touchpoints while continuously pushing creative boundaries through testing, iteration, and rapid evolution.

EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU

  • Design scroll-stopping creatives for campaigns, social media, in-app visuals, web, and brand assets.
  • Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to enhance creativity, productivity, and scale.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and medical content teams to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Create assets that simplify complex ideas and resonate with the medical community.
  • Keep the brand fresh, relevant, and modern across multiple touchpoints.
  • Push boundaries: test, iterate, and evolve faster than yesterday.

Job Requirement

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong portfolio that includes branding, campaign, and digital work.  
  • Deep understanding of AI design tools and how to apply them effectively.  
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva (bonus for motion tools).  
  • Clarity in communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines.  
  • A passion for design with purpose – especially in healthcare, wellness, or tech.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

  • Have designed for health, pharma, or edtech brands.  
  • Have experience in motion graphics/ video editing.  
  • Run a creative side hustle or post design content regularly.  
  • ⁠Know how to craft campaigns with storytelling, not just visuals
