Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Reports to: Art Director
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sketch, design, and finalize diverse creative outputs for both offline production and online digital platforms: key visuals, POSM, booths, gifts, etc.
• Research relevant information for assigned projects, including client insights, brand identity, and design styles.
• Support production scheduling and coordinate with print vendors.
• Provide project status updates to management when needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends, hardware/software advancements, and relevant materials/technologies.
• Collaborate on complex or cross-platform projects with teammates.
• Directly liaise with clients to receive briefs and present design solutions when required.
• Log all assigned tasks in the project tracking software.
2. TASKS
• Collaborate with the Account and Planning teams to generate ideas for projects.
• Work closely with the Account team to ensure deadlines, requirements, and design quality are met.
• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure feasibility of design execution.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Art Director.
• Prepare and export files for printing.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• College degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of design, typography, printing processes and techniques.
• Proven ability to organize complex source materials into coherent briefs and outputs.
• Ability to generate original concepts and creatively adapt master visuals.
• Strong presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in event, festival, advertising, or communication industries.
• Conversational English.
• Able to handle high-pressure work environments.
• Friendly, collaborative, and strong team spirit.
