Job Description

1.     Recruitment

  • Execute the annual recruitment plan, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including guidance on company policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Monitor probation periods for new employees and coordinate evaluations with department supervisors.    
  • Collaborate with departments to conduct KPI and performance evaluations according to the schedule.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support training programs (internal and external) 

2.     Salary and Benefits

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts and related documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Implement approved policies and ensure compliance
  • Process payroll, employee benefits, and entitlements in accordance with established procedures and regulations
  • Ensure smooth execution of resignation processes.

3.     Employee Relations

  • Work collaboratively with department heads and other divisions to address labour-related matters (e.g., disciplinary actions, resolving inquiries).

4.     Government Procedures & Reporting

  • Liaise with government agencies on labour and HR-related matters (e.g., social insurance, trade unions)
  • Update and submit reports to government authorities on workforce changes, including headcount adjustments and policy amendments.

5.     Corporate Culture

  • Promote and foster the company’s cultural values.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities in collaboration with other departments.

6.     Reporting

  • Maintain updated departmental data and report activities promptly.
  • Prepare and submit professional reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Job Requirement

1.    Education and Qualifications

  • College degree or higher in Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

2.     Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

3.    Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and social insurance policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
