Job Description

Deployment and optimize various initiatives of the marketing growth activities, including product selection strategy, promotion and other incentive design
Evaluate market conditions on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
Arrange, execute and monitor campaigns of the marketing growth
Creating engaging content to attract users and plan media mix in app and out app monthly, set up, monitoring and analysis daily / weekly to that best suit business objectives
Perform data monitoring and analysis daily / weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights
Own the relationship with Business Owner and other marketing functions team (design, media, branding, BI…) to execute the overarching growth strategy

At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns
Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions
Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity in content
Strong understanding of user-centricity concepts
Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
