GSD ANALYST

• Study garment construction based on Construction work sheet, paper pattern and other style reference and establish sewing time standards .
• Study and develop efficient sewing method to reduce non value adding motions and the standard minute value (SMV) of the style.
• Provide operational breakdown with detailed method analysis using GSD methodology.
• Review garment sample and generate accurate labor standard minute value (SMV) in every development stages for product costing and production planning.
• Provide timely style flow chart, operations breakdown and communicate standard method to production.
• Validates accuracy of the standard methods, minute values, identify gaps and develop a workable sewing methods.
• Coordinate with product develop and production team on any amendments of the standard methods.
• Can be temporarily assigned to other areas as mandated by the immediate superior when need arises.

• Must be a Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Must be high in analytical skills and problem solving.
• Knowedgeable in General sewing data
• Two years experience in GSD costing
• Can speak and write English
