​Standardize Methods:

• Standardize costing and production methods.
• Communicate new methods to team (SMV).
• Coordinate GSD analysis.

• GSD Analysis:
  • Report GSD analysis results to management.
  • Participate in team GSD analysis.
  • Document improvement minutes.
  • Evaluate and report work results.
  • Report incidents to management.
• Garment Technical Support:
  • Provide garment method technical support.
  • Contribute to method improvement (GSD, Kaizen).
  • Calculate production support department scores.
  • Input and verify output reports.
• Plant Systems:
  • Participate in plant system activities.
  • Attend company policy training.
  • Ensure plant system compliance.
  • Resolve daily issues.

• Garment Technology degree or equivalent.
• English and Chinese language proficiency 
• Garment manufacturing process knowledge.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• GSD software proficiency.
