Sales Officer is responsible for Sale Target:

• Provide sales consultation and sell premium apartment products.

• Be on duty at the show unit and sales office at Tran Phu Street, Gia Vien Ward, Hai

Phong; support sales operations and sales event execution as required.

• Prepare and report updates on the Hai Phong real estate market.

• Support agencies in client site visits (lead clients, consult, and assist), and evaluate

agency activities against company standards for consultation and guided tours at

the Experience Gallery.

Nhân viên Kinh doanh Bất Động Sản:

• Cung cấp tư vấn bán hàng và bán các sản phẩm căn hộ cao cấp - Dự án Ambience.

• Trực tại căn hộ mẫu và văn phòng bán hàng tại phố Trần Phú, phường Gia Viên, Hải Phòng; hỗ trợ hoạt động bán hàng và thực hiện sự kiện bán hàng khi cần.

• Chuẩn bị và báo cáo cập nhật về thị trường bất động sản Hải Phòng.

• Hỗ trợ các đại lý trong việc thăm khách hàng tại hiện trường (dẫn khách, tư vấn và hỗ trợ), đồng thời đánh giá các hoạt động của đại lý theo tiêu chuẩn của công ty về tư vấn và hướng dẫn tham quan tại Nhà mẫu.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience:

• 0 - 3 years of experience in the real estate market.

Specific skills / abilities:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade

• Professional appearance and demeanor with a service-oriented mindset

Personal qualities:

• High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and improve;

• Conversational English is an advantage.
