[Hai Phong] - Terminal Operator, Sea Export - Freight Forwarder

Main Duties & Responsibilities

· To input inbound shipment data into system and delivery order for outbound shipment

· To update all relevant information in DSV system in time and adequately, following SOP timeline and KPIs.

· To plan the inbound/ outbound cargo flow at CFS warehouse following instruction from Terminal Team Lead.

· To implement verify and scan procedure based on customer SOP and company local working instructions.

· To follow up customer shipment and update respective feedback pre-claim details and status to customer.

· To work within SOP’s and do daily and monthly report (if have).

· To coordinate with Terminal Team Lead, Warehouse operators (of third party) in managing smooth daily warehouse operation & deliver quality based on customer’s KPIs.

· To inform Manager of any irregularities or problems that requires assistance.

· To co-ordinate with operations in Hanoi office to finish all relevant tasks required by customer.

· To take up additional tasks as assigned.

Skills and Specification 

·       Min. 1 year- experience in logistics/ forwarding industry.

·       Knowledge of local and overseas import and export regulations.

·       Basic geography knowledge.

·       Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

·       Good computer skills.

·       Good communication skills.

·       A good team player.
