[Hải Phòng] Warehouse Supervisor

· Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively.

· Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs.

· Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.

· Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions.

· Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures.

· Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.

· Review non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

· Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators.

· Oversee operator/DC staff performance to ensure adherence to standards.

· Update work instructions and processes per customer or operational requirements.

· Achieve customer KPIs, departmental KPIs, and support business targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Education: from college in related field.

·       Experience: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (bonded WH is one plus).

·       Experienced in working with warehouse operating systems such as WMS, TMS, etc.

·       Location: prefer candidate who lives in Hai Phong or candidate willing to relocate to near the warehouses.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

·       Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate across all levels.
