Haiphong - Receiving sample Staff / Nhân viên Nhận mẫu

To serve as the central point for receiving, registering, and distributing all physical samples from customers to the correct internal BU.
To ensure the sample receipt & delivery flow process is accurate, efficient, traceable and fully documented.

Act as the company's direct representative in receving physical smaples from customers, logistic companies and SGS Delivery man        

Accurately & thoroughly record all information into the logbook or management software system      

Sort & physically deliver samples to the designated BUs         

Safety file all logbook for future reference & traceability          

Immediately report any irregularities to management: missing or/and misplace samples, damaged samples, unclear information, unidentifialbe recipient BU or urgent samples        

Assist to cover the whole receiving sample area when the colleague is on annual leaves         

Other duties upon requested     

High school or higher (college)    
Good communication skills    
Basic in English    
Basic Ms Office
