1. Financial & Business Targets
• Achieve individual revenue targets and support team KPIs
• Follow up on client payments and help minimize bad debts
2. Recruitment Service Delivery
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment channels
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)
• Coordinate closely with clients throughout the hiring process
• Ensure excellent candidate experience at every stage
3. Pre-employment & Documentation
• Conduct background checks as required by clients
• Collect and verify candidate documents in compliance with procedures
4. Client & Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Provide consultation and timely responses to client requests
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, delivery, account management)
• Support business development activities when needed
5. Process Improvement & Reporting
• Participate in internal projects to improve recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate reports and compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations
6. Team Support & Development
• Act as buddy/mentor to support junior consultants
