Design schematics based on technical requirements and support component selection.
Perform PCB layout directly (not just collaborating), including stack‑up definition, routing of power, high‑speed, RF, and sensitive analog signals following best‑practice guidelines.
Perform board bring‑up, hardware debugging, and signal measurement using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
Conduct R&D testing, including functional validation, power tests, stress tests, and EMI pre‑compliance tests.
Prepare technical documentation: schematic, BOM, layout notes, test plan, and validation reports.
Work closely with the firmware team for feature testing and hardware–software integration.
Support prototype build, review DFM/DFT, and coordinate with manufacturing/testing teams.
Participate in design reviews, evaluate risks, and contribute improvement ideas.
Continuously update knowledge of new technologies, design standards, and best practices.
Any other duties as and when required by Head/ Manager/Leader
