Develop and lead mid- to long-term brand/category strategies to achieve revenue, profit (P&L) and marketing objectives.
Drive brand growth through strong portfolio strategy, product positioning, pricing, communication and go-to-market plans.
Lead the execution of integrated marketing plans across channels.
Own brand performance management: budget control, ROI tracking and profitability optimization.
Partner closely with Sales, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure effective product launches and channel execution.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing brand/category team.
Provide strategic insights through market, consumer and competitive analysis.
Report performance, risks and opportunities to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand/Category Marketing in MNCs; Pharma or FMCG background is preferred.
Strong strategic thinking with solid commercial and consumer-driven marketing mindset.
Proven track record in brand building, portfolio management and budget ownership.
Strong analytical capability with business acumen (P&L, ROI, campaign effectiveness).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent English communication; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
