[HCM] Chuyên viên hỗ trợ khối vận hành - Store Operation Executive (Softline, Hardline, Kidline)

1. Sales improvement

• Analyze business performance of stores to predict the situation and offer solutions to improve.
• Improve, innovation and apply new methods in sales to achieve the best sales efficiency

2. Workflow sale improvement

• Check and evaluate store operations to provide timely solutions and increase work efficiency
• Survey competitors, understand the market to come up with technology, digital solutions to improve operations and to increase customer experience.
• Apply advanced and efficient technological equipment and machinery to stores to improve productivity
• Support and cooperate with relevant departments to implement projects to improve operations for stores and customers

3. Standardized procedure

• Analyze and evaluate current processes, find causes to improve processes to help operate more smoothly and efficiently
• Develop processes related to the operation of the sales department to help stores operate simply and effectively while still ensuring compliance with company standards

4. Support & Other duties

• Action, Adjust documents, direct and indirect Support to store side.
• Co-operate & Support with team member & related department to do all activities/projects.
• New store opening: modify & update training document, make plan opening, support opening, etc.
• Provide knowledge training to operations staff according to department plans
• Daily work, work arises from the store side, other depts
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct manager

• College degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
• Over 3 years experience in retail market.
• Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Time-management and team work skills.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
• Have knowledge about infant and baby products
• Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Operation knowledge and training skill
• Ready to business travel
