Job Description

Channel Management: Manage and implement social media strategy with different platforms.
Content Creator: Conceptualize, implement and have ability to pick matching video contents for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok and other online platforms.
Social Media Plan: Plan and execute social media plans to drive engagement, increase traffic.
Community Management: Engage with target audience, respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content, and build an active online community.
Campaign Management: Create and experience managing social media campaigns, including paid ads, to achieve specific marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and evaluate social media performance using analytics tools, then prepare periodic reports to recommend appropriate changes or improvements.

Bachelor degree preferred Business Administration / Marketing / Communication or relevant field.
At least 02 year in experience in social media management and content management.
Good knowledge about social media platforms and trends.
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive decision-making.
Good project management and multitasking skills.
"Can do" attitude, ability to work independently and in groups.
Have experience in working with vendors and agencies.
Basic photoshop / canva / capcut skills.
Good English skills.
