Job Description

A member of Merchandise Planning team of Max&Co, Weekend Brand, responsible for Stock Replenishment from Warehouse to store and Stock Consolidation among stores to ensure Stock sufficient and maximize sales and stock depletion.

1. Stock Consolidation

• Maintain stock data on a weekly basis and ensure data accuracy; timely uploading onto Brand Principal System

• Monitor shipment dates, good receiving to do first allocation for new launch SKUs to store, following aligned launching schedule

• Coordinate stock movement between regions; between stores and warehouses

• Run weekly inventory reports to monitor sale performance

• Coordinate defects/repairs and shipment errors claims

2. Data Manage

• Neatly manage all necessary Historical Data relate to Sales, Stock, Shipments
• Working closely with the team member and IT to ensure all the data is consistent and accurately

3. Others

• Collect feedback about merchandise from all related teams
• Market research about Competitors
• Other Tasks assign by Group Brand Director

Job Requirement

• Excel skill: Intermediate.  
• Logical thinking, teamwork and able to withstand high work pressure 
• English: Communicate level 
• Experience in Fashion Retail will be considered as an advantage
