[HCM] Merchandising Executive (Omni) - Health Beauty care

1. Planing Product/Promotion Campaign (20%)

• Communicating with MDs to gather all promotion information, key product forecast qty for big campaign, good cooperation with OP to well repair for manpower process order.
• Analytis data internal / google trend/market research/ competitor improving weakness point & focus strong category.
• Run & upload the Mailer promotion, focus timeline and campaign of each platform.
• Prepare material upload product/content upload of all systems

2. Reach KPI sales online contribute 5% total daily cat (35%)

• Aloccated Sale contribute each chanel
• Clearly to understood which category/product will focus on.
• Daily/weekly/monthly report and check sales/inventory of all platform.

3. Digital Marketing & Platform (30%)

• Create Glambeautique tikok chanel to enhance more Brand Awareness and increasing sale also.
• Titok followers to 100.000/6 month
• Create content/video clip of Titok at least 2 times/week
• Control budget expense fee (Shopee/Lazmall, Titok.) Manage all expenses within approved budget.
• Well communicated with suppliers for support promotion of online.
• Searching for more NEW opportunities for Platform cooperation
• Work/communicate & follow with Store operation/Agency to get job done as schedule.

4. Rules and Regulations (10%)

• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations
• Report weekly/monthly to directly Manager

5. Other duties (5%): Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

• University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
• Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in H&B/online 
• Good communication skill.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
• Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures
