Job Description

Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents to secure the Company's interests.
Legal Advisory: Provide timely and practical legal advice to Management and internal departments on business operations and investment projects
Corporate Governance: Support in drafting, reviewing governance/management documents (Minutes, Resolutions, POA...) and ensure compliance with regulations related to the Company's corporate governance
Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes, complaints and assist in drafting and reviewing documents of the Company in the settle dispute progress
Perform other tasks as assigned by Head Of Department

Bachelor degree of Law or relevant field
Experience of 3 - 5 year in the legal field, preferably in corporate legal
Deep knowledge of the legal system of Vietnam, especially Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, Civil Code, Labor Code
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, legal risk assessment, corporate governance administration, good problem-solving & communication skills
Proficient in spoken & written English
