[HCM] Senior Marketing Communications Executive

- Development of media budget allocation plans and KPI frameworks to maximize marketing effectiveness and achieve campaign objectives.   

- Provide expert recommendations for evaluating and selecting deliverables and services from the agency. 

- Development and execution of annual communication plans for assigned OTC brands in collaboration with Brand Managers.

- Act as the main point of contact for advertising agencies. 

- Monitor KPI progress and drive a rapid PDCA cycle to maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

-  Experience in executing integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding campaign KPIs and business objectives.

-  Preferably experienced in brand communication that logical appeals for OTC products

- Experience in digital media and performance marketing is preferred.

- Experience managing and collaborating with agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

- Experience in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing KPIs, and recommending optimization strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.

- Good command of spoken and written English (Toeic 650 or Ielts 6.0)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
