HCM - Visual Merchandising Executive (Brand MLB)

I.        JOB BRIEF:

Responsible for executing and monitoring visual merchandising standards across stores to ensure store image, product presentation, and staff appearance consistently comply with MLB brand guidelines and commercial objectives. The role also supports store teams through VM updates, reporting, and product feedback while working closely with VM Supervisor and relevant departments.

II.      DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.      VM Execution & Store Image

• Execute and monitor VM standards, seasonal displays, product presentation, and store image according to MLB guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits, identify VM issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure staff appearance and grooming comply with brand standards.

2.      Reporting & VM Follow-up

• Prepare, consolidate, and verify VM reports including Window, In-store, Weekly Report, Checklist, and store image reports.
• Report key issues and follow up with stores to ensure timely resolution.

3.      Product & Display Support

• Maintain good knowledge of products, collections, and seasonal launches.
• Analyze product presentation and display areas, and provide recommendations for new products, key products, and slow-moving products.
• Provide product and VM feedback to relevant teams.

4.      Store Staff & VM Prop Support

• Support store staff with VM guidelines, product updates, seasonal changes, and on-site VM coaching.
• Monitor VM prop quantity, condition, and usage in coordination with Store Management.

5.      Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with VM Supervisor, Store Management and relevant departments to ensure effective VM execution.
• Support other VM projects and tasks assigned by VM Supervisor and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or related fields.
• Good understanding of VM principles and retail operations.
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to stores when required.
