Product development: 

• Input idea for product concept, packaging, formula; 
• Monitor packaging and formula development to meet launching time

Advertising and promotion:

• Coordinate between external partners and internal departments to implement A&P activities

Brand performance monitoring:  

• Site check market to observe POSM, product status
• Get feedbacks from retailers & end-user
• Monitor competitors’ activities 
• Track sales data

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market trends.
