Job Description

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the Group’s data strategy and data governance framework.

  • Establish data standards, data quality controls, data catalog, and data dictionary.

  • Manage data security, access control, privacy, and compliance.

  • Design, build, and operate enterprise data platforms (Data Lake, DWH, ETL/ELT).

  • Integrate data from core systems (ERP, CRM, Applications, etc.).

  • Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of data infrastructure.

  • Deliver BI dashboards, analytics, and management reports to support decision-making.

  • Lead advanced analytics and data science initiatives (forecasting, scoring, recommendation).

  • Collaborate with AI/MLOps teams to provide high-quality datasets for AI/ML use cases.

  • Build, lead, and develop the Data team; manage data-related budget and costs.

II. AUTHORITIES

  • Access enterprise data for platform development and analytics.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.

  • Propose improvements to data processes, tools, dashboards, and standards.

  • Refuse tasks that violate legal or regulatory requirements.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, analytics, and cloud data platforms.

  • Proficiency in data engineering, databases, querying, and data visualization.

  • Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

  • Professional, analytical, innovative, and security-conscious mindset.
