HEAD OF ENGINEERING - MANUFACTURING

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team in the development and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digitalization, capital expenditures, and utility management. This role requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

1) Leadership and Management:

• Oversee the engineering department, providing guidance and support to engineering teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2) Digitalization Initiatives:

• Drive the digital transformation of engineering processes through the implementation of advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate digital tools and systems, enhancing efficiency and data management.

3) Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Management:

• Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead CapEx projects, from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

4) Utility Management:

• Oversee the design and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability within utility operations.

5) Project Oversight:

• Lead engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

6) Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all engineering activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact engineering operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on digitalization, CapEx, and utilities, Automation control, artificial intelligent / Machine learning.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in engineering.
• Excellent financial acumen related to budgeting and CapEx management.
• Proficient in utility management and energy efficiency practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
